Verdicts returned in Sussex deliberate transmission of HIV case

Caroline Carberry QC, leading Nicholas Hearn, today secured convictions against Darryl Rowe after a 5 week trial at Lewes Crown Court. Mr Rowe was convicted of deliberately infecting five sexual partners with theHIV virus. Mr Rowe, was also convicted of five counts of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to a further five victims.

He will be sentenced on the 29th January 2018.
