Charlie Sherrard QC & Alexia Power secure acquittal for mother charged with murdering child

After an emotional four-month trial at Birmingham Crown Court, Charlie Sherrard QC and Alexia Power secured acquittal for a mother charged with murdering her three-year-old son.  Counsel were instructed by Omar Sadique of Saqidue & Uddin Solicitors.
