Kathryn is an Associate in the Regulatory Department at Kingsley Napley. Whilst in Chambers, Kathryn was instructed as sole counsel in allegations of sexual assault, aggravated burglary, knifepoint robbery, GBH, fraud, drugs and money laundering. She has also acted for requested persons in extradition proceedings.
In the field of regulatory discipline, Kathryn has extensive experience prosecuting health care practitioners on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council ranging from sexual misconduct to lengthy competency cases. She has also acted on behalf of the Architects Registration Board before the Professional Conduct Committee.
Kathryn has experience in cases concerning the mental health provisions and vulnerable defendants. She has conducted cases dealing with fitness to plead and has represented defendants as young as 12 in the Youth Courts for allegations attracting custodial sentences.
