As a Junior and in Silk Peter has been involved in cases involving allegations of the most serious sexual misconduct involving both recent and historic complaint by multiple complainants. In Silk Peter has defended allegations made by foreign nationals giving evidence from abroad concerning misconduct in the 1970s and 1980s and similarly with allegations made by those based in the UK.
