Craig Harris defends pilot in case brought by the aviation regulator

Craig secured a successful outcome in a case brought by the Civil Aviation Authority against a pilot who admitted having flown a US-registered Falcon 2000 jet on some 64 occasions (40 falling within UK jurisdiction) without having the necessary aircraft rating attached to any of his licenses.  The case focused upon the ‘part 61.55’ procedure as it applies to PPLs under the Air Navigation Order.  Craig was instructed by Chris Waters, Head of the specialist aviation team at Meaby & Co Solicitors.
