Kieran Galvin, instructed by Blackfords (London), represented Nurse M who faced serious charges in relation to patient care before the NMC. The charges alleged failures to provide care and medication. Nurse M was a ‘whistleblower’ and had reported the care home where she worked to the Safeguarding organisation. Following successful submissions of no case to answer all charges against M were dismissed.
