Ed Gross’ above-titled article, regarding recent events at Wigan Athletic Football Club, has been published by the leading sports law website, LawInSport.  Ed co-authored the article with Wayne Barnes, exploring the issues that have arisen from the administration of Wigan Athletic.  There have been cries for a full investigation into what happened at the Club and while it is still early days in the fall out from the administration, there are clearly areas for concern. The article analyses these concerns and raises various issues that will need to be explored.
