Adam Morgan’s client acquitted of conspiring to supply 780 Kilos of Cocaine following a 8 week trial at Snaresbrook CC.

The case was investigated under the auspices of “Operation Narrative” which involved the importation of at least 780 Kilos of Class A drugs into the UK which occurred on 12th November 2021 at the port of Felixstowe. The offence of conspiracy to supply class A drugs as reflected in the current trial indictment concerns the onward supply of those drugs within the U.K. The purity of the drugs was extremely high, circa 92%. It was estimated the street value of the drugs recovered by police is in excess of £80M, with a wholesale value of in excess of £28M.
