Tom has a thriving defence and prosecution practice in the Crown, Magistrates’ and Youth Courts. Tom deals with a broad range of criminal matters which includes violent offences, drugs offences, sexual offences, driving offences, dishonesty offences and public order.
Tom prepares his cases thoroughly and collaborates closely with his instructing solicitors “ensuring that there is a mutual understanding to obtain the best possible result for each client”. In combining his meticulousness with a “tenacious approach” solicitors have noted that he “has achieved amazing results for our lay clients” and “has a very bright future ahead of him”.
Prior to joining Furnival, Tom was an advocacy scholar on his Bar Practice Course and has demonstrated a discernible pattern of success throughout his legal pursuits.
