Ben Gordon secures the acquittal of Client charged with conspiring to transfer criminal property

Following a 3-year wait and a 6-day trial at Croydon CC, Ben Gordon secured the acquittal of taxi driver Mr. Daniel Cadman who was charged with conspiring to transfer criminal property after an investigation arising from Operation Venetic and the infiltration of the Encrochat platform.
