Charlie Sherrard KC leading Chris Waymont, secures another unanimous acquittal in murder trial, representing Rio Scott arising out of a fight on the Isle of Wight.

The incident arose in May 2023 born out of a lethal combination of jealousy and drink-induced rage. The deceased attacked the defendant’s home, calling out him and his friend for a fight having been driven there at 3am by the deceased’s 85 yr old father because the co-defendant was seen walking with his ex girlfriend. The trial lasted nearly 4 weeks. The Co-defendant was convicted of murder.
