Ed Gross article on concussion replacements in cricket published by LawInSport
Ed Gross’ article, “Knocked Down, but Not Out – A Review of the ICC’s new Concussion Replacement Regulations”, has been published by the leading sports law website, LawInSport. Ed co-authored the article with Thomas Cleeve, of Penningtons Manches Cooper solicitors, exploring the new concussion replacement substitutions in cricket. Since the tragic death of the Australian international, Phillip Hughes, the issue of head injuries has been at the forefront of discussion within world cricket. The article analyses and assesses the new Regulations that came into force on 1st August 2019.
