Following a 4-day trial at Southwark Crown Court, Kane Sharpe’s client was acquitted of seriously assaulting and strangling two paramedics after an ambulance had been called to help the defendant’s sister.
One paramedic told the jury how the defendant choked him so hard that he felt he was going to die. The defence to all counts was self-defence.
Kane was instructed and assisted by Andrew Dart at Brady Eastwood Pierce & Stewart.
