Giles Cockings QC and Graham Blower secure murder acquittal at Oxford Crown Court

Giles Cockings QC, leading Graham Blower of Cartwright King, achieves not guilty verdicts to murder and manslaughter for client Yousef Koudoua after a 5-month trial.

Mr Koudoua was alleged to have been part of a gang revenge killing; a brutal machete murder, in broad daylight on a suburban street.

Four co-defendants who were also at the scene were convicted of murder, and four further defendants were convicted of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
