Katie Jones’ client acquitted after trial of sexual assault alleged to have been committed against an on duty police officer.

The jury at Canterbury Crown Court returned unanimous ‘Not Guilty’ verdicts in a case where the complainant officer and a witnessing officer gave live evidence of the alleged assault. Katie was instructed and assisted by Catherine McCarthy of Clarke Kiernan.
