Katie Jones secures acquittal for the first defendant in five handed attempt kidnap.

Katie was instructed and expertly assisted by Savannah Loizides of Stuart miller solicitors to defend a young man of good character said to be the ringleader of a five handed attempted kidnap. During the  eight day trial at Wood Green Crown Court, the defence succeeded in excluding highly prejudicial evidence and Katie’s client, along with his four young co- defendants, were cleared of the charge. Katie’s client retains his good character and can go on to pursue his chosen career, his future having been put on hold while he awaited trial for an offence the jury found none of the defendants had committed.
