Lefi Siatta secures not guilty verdict for her client charged with multiple rape counts at Woolwich Crown Court

The Defendant, a Romanian National faced a number of allegations concerning the rape of a vulnerable transgender teenager who he lured and then held in a dark and secluded alleyway during the night. The complainant’s cross examination was recorded under s 28 of the YJCEA before the trial. The defendant denied rape and argued all sexual interaction was consensual.  Lefi was instructed by Raj Dhayal of RBB solicitors.
