Lisa wins half time submission in four handed attempted murder trial.

Lisa’s client was accused of a joint enterprise hammer attack resulting in near fatal injuries. Lisa used the Supreme Court decision of Jogee [2016] 1 Cr. App. R. 31 to demonstrate that no properly directed jury could convict the defendant of either attempted murder or s18 OAPA 1861. The first defendant was convicted of attempted murder, the remaining two were convicted of s18.
