Richard Bendall successfully prosecutes in fraud against charity

6 years after the first PTPH was adjourned and many subsequent delays, at Wood Green Crown Court Richard Bendall  successfully prosecuted  Robert McCarthy. McCarthy was unanimously convicted by the jury of 7 counts of fraud on his employers, the Marie Stopes charitable organisation.
