Richard Hearnden secures the conviction of Spandau Ballet singer on charges of rape
After a two week trial at Wood Green Crown Court, Richard Hearnden secured the convictions of Ross Davidson, the one time lead singer with the band Spandau Ballet, on charges of rape, attempted rape, and sexual assault against two victims. Davidson had filmed the latter offence on his mobile phone while his victim, whom he had met while travelling in Thailand, was asleep in his hotel room. He will be sentenced at a later date.
