Sadaf Etemadi secures acquittal for client at half time in conspiracy to burgle trial.

Sadaf’s client was accused, alongside others, of being involved in conspiring to burgle dwelling properties across the UK which involved the theft of over £1 million worth of vehicles. Her client was a mini cab driver alleged to have been a mission vehicle driving co-defendants to and from the burglaries. An application of no case to answer was acceded to as there was insufficient evidence to point towards her client’s knowledge of the conspiracy. Sadaf was instructed by Rizvan Anwar of Arcadian Law.
