Sadaf Etemadi successful in the Court of Appeal

Sadaf’s client was acquitted in February 2025 of allegations of assault by penetration, sexual assault, threatening with a bladed article and assault. The trial judge imposed a post-acquittal restraining order which was opposed as the application failed to establish an evidential basis for such an order. The restraining order was quashed on appeal. Sadaf was instructed by Stuart Miller Solicitors.
