Sadaf Etemadi successfully defends client accused of armed robbery.

The Prosecution relied upon identification evidence and phone attribution at trial at the Central Criminal Court.  After cross examination of the Crown’s witnesses, the Crown conceded there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction and offered no further evidence.
