Sahara Fergus-Simms secures acquittals of armed robbery and attempted GBH with intent after trial at Woolwich Crown Court

The case concerned robbery at knifepoint, attempted grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a bladed article. The stolen property had been traced to the client’s home address. Issues surrounding previous exploitation were raised on behalf of the client who explained to the jury that whilst he was at the scene of the attack, he had not participated in it. The jury unanimously acquitted on all counts.
