Sahara Fergus-Simms secures unanimous not guilty verdicts for a client charged with attempted rape, assault by penetration and sexual assault at Croydon Crown Court.

The case included an alleged confession secretly voice recorded by the complainant, a pre-recorded section 28 cross-examination, and an intermediary for the client during his evidence.
