Stephen Moses KC secures unanimous acquittals for murder and manslaughter at the Central Criminal Court

Stephen Moses KC leading Clea Topolski (Crucible Chambers) secures unanimous acquittals for murder and manslaughter at the Central Criminal Court before the Common Serjeant. The defence successfully resisted a ‘bad character’ application and evidence being adduced of drill videos featuring the defendant, glorifying violence and the use of knives. Other evidence of purported membership and affiliation to a violent gang in the local area (in order to establish a motive for the killing) was also successfully excluded. Instructed by Anne-Marie Geraghty of Blackfords LLP Solicitors
