Supreme Court Extradition Judgment Handed Down
The Supreme Court handed down judgment in the case of Goluchowski & Sas v Poland [2016] UKSC 36 and held that conviction European arrest warrants do not need to contain particulars of domestic warrants issued in the requesting state to comply with s.2(6)(c) of the Extradition Act 2003.
