Tim Devlin secures conviction of paedophile for ten counts of sexual abuse on children

Tim Devlin secured the conviction of a paedophile on ten counts of sexual assault/activity with a child and making child pornographic images.  After a two week trial, the jury convicted the Defendant on all counts on the indictment.  He had been abusing a child family member for six years, before being sent to prison for sexual assault on another child in the extended family and returning to abuse the first child further.  One of the victims was able to inform the police of images that she was shown on the Defendant’s computer, leading to investigation and prosecution for the images charges.
