Tim Forster successfully prosecutes man charged with historical sexual abuse.

After a two week trial at Guildford Crown Court, the defendant was found guilty of 13 out of 14 counts of historical sexual abuse of his step-granddaughter when she was aged between 9 and 11 years old.

The defendant was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment with a 4 year extended sentence.
