Tochi Ejimofo represented a defendant charged with possession of an imitation firearm, possession of a bladed weapon, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of class B drugs.

Tochi Ejimofo, instructed by Tana Adelmann of Carson Kaye Solicitors, represented a defendant charged with possession of an imitation firearm, possession of a bladed weapon, possession of an offensive weapon and possession of class B drugs.
The defendant committed the offence on licence, and would have been subject to the mandatory minimum for a second bladed article offence. Following Tochi’s successful submission that there were exceptional circumstances the court was persuaded to take the defendant’s time spent on recall into account.
