Tribunal rejects GMC application to suspend prominent plastic and reconstructive surgeon from medical practice

Soraya Bauwens was on the legal team acting for renowned reconstructive plastic surgery consultant Dr Ghassan Abu-Sittah, successfully resisting an application brought by the General Medical Council to suspend him from his medical practice pending investigation.

The legal team included Tayab Ali and Axel Landin of Bindmans, and Zac Sammour of 11 KBW.
