Unanimous verdicts of not guilty following 5-day trial

Sarah Daniel successfully represented a man of good character who was accused of controlling and coercing his ex-partner for 10 years. The jury found the defendant not guilty of coercive and controlling behaviour, stalking, threatening with a blade and criminal damage.
