Adam Squibbs’ client acquitted after service of defence statement and disclosure requests
Adam Squibbs’ client was acquitted of four counts of intentional strangulation, coercive and controlling behaviour, sending a message conveying a threat of death, and burglary. The Crown offered no evidence following the service of the defence statement and disclosure requests. Adam’s client will retain his good character.
