Edward Fenner’s client acquitted after a three-week trial

Following a three week trial, a Southampton jury has acquitted Mr Fenner’s client of involvement in the aggravated burglary and use of a loaded MAC10 machine pistol, and causing really serious harm with intent.  Mr Fenner was able to use previously unseen CCTV footage to support his case and his analysis of calling data helped see off a ‘cut-throat’ defence being run against his client.
