Harry Garside’s client unanimously acquitted of rape and assault by penetration

Harry Garside acted for a man charged with rape and assault by penetration following a Tinder date gone wrong. The complainant was robustly challenged and the defendant was unanimously acquitted by the jury after 28 minutes of deliberation.

The client, a man of good character, said the following:
