Honor Fitzgerald secures her client’s discharge from a Hungarian extradition request. District Judge Tempia found that extradition would be oppressive under section 25 and incompatible with Mr S’s Article 8 ECHR rights due to the gravity of his cardiac condition and the complex care he required.
