Jon Swain Secures Unanimous Acquittal

Jon Swain, instructed by Bishop and Light Solicitors (Harry Sullivan-Jones) secures acquittal of 24 year-old accused of attempted murder of his father. After a 6-day trial at Lewes Crown Court, in which the prosecution relied on 12 stab wounds to the neck, and at least 9 “deep-seated” wounds to the head, the defendant was unanimously acquitted on the basis of self-defence.
