Kane Sharpe secures a unanimous not guilty verdict

Kane Sharpe secures a unanimous not guilty verdict for his client charged with rape following a 7-day trial at Southwark Crown Court.

The prosecution case was this was a ‘stranger rape’ that took place in a members club toilet cubicle, where the complainant had consumed so much alcohol that she was unable to consent.
