Lucy successfully prosecuted a defendant who repeatedly raped, assaulted, and falsely imprisoned his partner throughout the course of their relationship. The defendant had previous convictions for assaulting another former partner, as well as convictions for breaching a non-molestation order obtained by a different former partner. Following a 10-day trial at Croydon Crown Court, the defendant was convicted.
