Rishy Panesar secures an acquittal for offences of firearms and robbery at Hendon Crown Court. His Client was alleged to have robbed somebody under police investigation at gun point. After days of further evidence requests and the defence teams of abuse of process after the police returned the complainants whilst still an exhibit, the prosecution conceded.
