Shannon Revel’s client not guilty of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life, possessing a prohibited firearm, possessing ammunition and possession with intent to supply class A drugs following a trial at Wood Green crown court. The Crown’s case was that the defendant jumped from a first floor window during a police raid with a loaded Glock handgun, ammunition and drugs in a backpack. Shannon and instructing solicitor Kiran Johal were able to show through analysis of CCTV and forensic evidence that the gun and drugs were likely put into the backpack after their client had left it with others but before the police recovered it. The jury returned unanimous verdicts of not guilty.
