Unanimous verdicts of not guilty

Tulay Hodge’s client appeared at the Inner London Crown Court for trial in respect of three counts of sexual assault concerning two complainants under the age of 16. The incident was alleged to have taken place at Moorgate Tube Station and observed by two independent witnesses who also gave live evidence at the trial. The jury deliberated for just over an hour before returning unanimous verdicts of not guilty on all charges.
