Keith Hadrill and Nicholas Hearn secure acquittal in seven-handed “boiler room” fraud
After a 12 week trial at Southwark Crown Court before HHJ Griffiths, Keith Hadrill and Nicholas Hearn secured the only acquittal in a seven-handed “boiler room fraud” prosecution.
Keith and Nicholas, instructed by Julian Berg of Cox Burley Solicitors, acted for an international tax consultant who specialises in the provision of off-shore corporate structures. The Defendant was acquitted in relation to all counts.
